Breastfriend “Ultimate Pumping Giveaway” Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Breastfriend Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. Giveaway period

  • Opens: Tuesday 1 July 2025
  • Closes: Sunday 13 July 2025 at 9 p.m. NZT
  • Winner announced: Tuesday 15 July 2025 at 8 p.m. NZT during an Instagram Live on @breastfriend.co.nz

3. How to enter

  1. Follow @breastfriend.co.nz on Instagram.
  2. Like the giveaway post.
  3. Tag a friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry).
  4. Unlimited entries, but no fake or multiple accounts.

Customers who have already pre-ordered a Breastie 1.0 are still eligible; if they win, their NZ $339 pump order will be refunded in full.

4. Prize

  • 1 × Breastie 1.0 wearable breast pump (RRP NZ $339)
  • 1 × small chest freezer for expressed-milk storage (RRP NZ $299)
  • 3 × Nothing Naughty Electrolyte Hydration Powders
  • 28 × Nothing Naughty Protein Bars (RRP NZ $158)

5. Shipping & delivery

  • The Breastie 1.0 pump and all Nothing Naughty products will be dispatched together.
  • The chest freezer will ship in a separate consignment.
  • All items are expected to leave our warehouse late July 2025 (exact date TBC; delays outside Breastfriend’s control may occur).
  • Breastfriend covers freight within New Zealand.
  • Freezer delivery is to the nearest main freight hub; rural winners may need to collect from that depot.

6. Winner notification

  • The winner’s Instagram handle will be announced during the Instagram Live, followed by a Direct Message requesting delivery details.
  • If no reply is received within five (5) days, a redraw will take place using the same random-selection method.

7. General

  • Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • By entering, participants agree that Breastfriend Ltd may use their name and Instagram handle for winner announcements and reasonable promotional purposes.
  • Personal information is collected solely to administer this giveaway and arrange delivery, in line with the NZ Privacy Act 2020.
