Shipping Policy

At Breastfriend, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process, timeframes, and policies.

1. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We ship to all addresses within New Zealand and Australia using the following trusted carriers:

  • New Zealand: NZ Post, Urgent Couriers, and Post Haste.
  • Australia: DHL.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For transparency, our standard rates are as follows:

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Delivery Timelines

Total delivery time is composed of Handling Time (processing) and Transit Time (shipping).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (NZDT, local time).
  • Handling Time: 0–1 Business Days (Mon–Fri).
  • Transit Time (NZ): 1–3 Business Days.
  • Transit Time (AU): 3–5 Business Days.

Note: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (NZDT) on business days are dispatched the same day.

4. Shipping Origin & Tracking

  • All orders are dispatched from Tauranga, New Zealand.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

5. Pre-Orders

  • If a product is on pre-order, we will display the expected dispatch date on the product page.
  • We aim to ship pre-orders as soon as they arrive in stock and may ship earlier than the expected date.
  • If shipping delays occur, we will notify you via email.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information.
  • If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@breastfriend.co.nz, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within New Zealand & Australia. If we expand shipping to other countries, we will update this policy.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately—we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
