These terms apply to BreastFriend's November 2026 promotion, which has two parts: a gift with purchase and a prize draw. The promoter is BreastFriend NZ Ltd, Tauranga, New Zealand (hello@breastfriend.co.nz). By placing a qualifying order or entering the draw, you agree to these terms.

Part 1: Gift with purchase (The BreastFriend Edit)

1. Offer period: 12:00am 1 November 2026 to 11:59pm 30 November 2026 (NZDT). Orders are counted by the time they are placed on breastfriend.co.nz.
2. Qualifying orders: any order for The Breasties wearable double pump placed on breastfriend.co.nz during the offer period.
3. Not valid with other offers: orders that use a discount code or any other discount are not eligible. Paying with Afterpay is not a discount, so Afterpay orders are eligible.
4. One set of gifts per order, regardless of how many pumps are in the order.
5. What you get: The BreastFriend Edit is a set of free gifts with a combined retail value of over $55 (NZD, based on our usual retail prices). The gifts are added to your order automatically. No code is needed.
6. While stocks last: if an item runs out, we may replace it with another item of similar or greater retail value. Contents may vary between orders.
7. No cash alternative: the gifts can't be exchanged for cash, credit or a discount, and can't be swapped for other products.
8. Returns: if you return your Breasties under our returns policy, the gifts must be returned unused with it. If they are used or not returned, we may deduct their retail value from your refund. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
9. Food item: the Edit may include a lactation bar. Please check the ingredients and allergen information on the packaging before eating it.
10. Delivery: available to New Zealand delivery addresses only.

Part 2: Silver Cups prize draw

1. No purchase necessary. You don't need to buy anything to enter.
2. Entry period: 12:00am 1 November 2026 to 11:59pm 30 November 2026 (NZDT).
3. Who can enter: New Zealand residents aged 18 or over. BreastFriend's owner, staff and their immediate families can't enter.
4. How to enter: subscribe to the BreastFriend email list for the first time during the entry period, through the pop-up on our website or any other BreastFriend sign-up form. Only new subscribers who join during the entry period are entered. People already on the list before 1 November 2026 are not eligible. One entry per person and email address. Duplicate or fake entries, including re-subscribing with a new email address, will be removed.
5. Prize: one (1) set of BreastFriend 99.9% Silver Cups with O-rings, retail value $82 (NZD). The prize is not transferable and can't be exchanged for cash.
6. The draw: one winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or before 3 December 2026.
7. Winner notification: we will contact the winner by email within 2 working days of the draw. If the winner doesn't reply within 14 days, we will draw another winner.
8. Delivery of prize: we will send the prize free of charge to a New Zealand address.
9. Publicity: with the winner's permission, we may share their first name and town on our website, email or social media.
10. Unsubscribing: you can unsubscribe at any time. Your entry stays valid if you subscribed during the entry period.

General

1. Privacy: we collect your details to run this promotion and to send you BreastFriend emails, in line with our privacy policy and the Privacy Act 2020.
2. Changes: if circumstances beyond our control affect the promotion, we may change, extend or end it. We will give notice on this page where reasonably possible.
3. Not affiliated: this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
