What’s your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns once a pump has been opened (hygiene seal on the pump case has been broken). If your Breastie arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right, just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Yes! All Breastie pumps come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. If anything’s not working as it should, we’ll repair or replace it.
